We carry a complete range of consumables for your GC: graphite and graphite-Vespel ferrules, syringes, septa, carrier gas filters, injector port liners, guard column and transfer line tubing, and carrier gas generators.
Cap-Linktm Column Connectors allow for the fast and easy linking of all common fused silica tube diameters. They are ideal for connecting guard columns, retention gaps, transfer lines and different size columns. Use the Cap-Link Column connectors for quick fix on a broken column. Available in straight through or Y configurations.
All of the traps and filters we supply are produced using the finest grade of adsorbent media. The housings are traps and constructed with strength, durability and simplicity of design in mind. All filters are supplied with nickel plated end fittings in either 1/ 8" or 1/ 4" sizes. Check you traps often, they can prevent system downtime and provide you with superior analytical results.
Quadrex offers a complete range of graphite and graphite-VespelTM ferrules for capillary column installation which offer a reliable gas tight seal and are specifically designed for use in your GC. Ferrules are available for the most popular GCs such as HP-5890 and 6890, Varian 3000 and Saturn Series GCs, all Perkin Elmer GCs, Shimadzu, Finnegan and others.
Protect your column with a deactivated guard column, or if you need any fused silica, electro-formed nickel, or Ultra-Alloy stainless steel tubing for transfer lines, look here!
All injection port liners are polysiloxane deactivated and ready for use (other deactivation available, inquiry for details). They are manufactured to exacting tolerances and come in various configurations for many popular GCs. Guaranteed inert for phenols, organic acids and bases.
Septa 77 and Septa BTO provide you with the best in extended temperature range and low bleed septa. Each batch is GC-FID tested and they are available for the most popular GC injectors.

Valco Zero Dead Volume Fittings
If you prefer a more reliable "hard" connection, rely on Zero-dead volume fittings offered by Valco Instruments. They permit the easy connection of open tubular columns and fused silica tubing to other columns and tube I.D.'s and are ideal for easy and reliable connections of transfer lines, guard columns and other typical capillary GC plumbing applications.
