The ZA Series Air Generators produce
high purity zero air (CH4 < 0.1ppm) and
produces gas equivalent to UHP zero air cylinders
at a fraction of the cost. The Peaks Zero Air
Generators use a small oil-less air compressor
which passes air through a dryer system and a
catalyst to ensure dry and hydrocarbon-free
output. The unit incorporates a thermal feedback
loop to control the temperature of the catalyst.
The unique design of the catalyst chamber allow
for easy service and maintenance of the system's
thermocouple and heater.
