CAPILLARY TUBING AND CAP-LINK TM CONNECTORS FUSED SILICA CAPILLARY TUBING
Polyimide-clad fused silica tubing is useful as guard columns, retention gaps and transfer lines. Specify the lengths you require when ordering. Untreated or deactivated surfaces are available in all of the standard I.D.'s.

ELECTROFORMED NICKEL Highly inert electroformed nickel tubing is ideal for transfer lines where durability is required. The electroformed nickel tubing exhibits a highly inert inner surface which is extremely smooth (<1 microinch). It is very flexible, can be soldered or welded, and can be cut with all common methods. All electroformed nickel tubing is solvent washed, steam cleaned and capped for a superior inner surface. Lengths are custom cut to your specifications. The tube ends are cut flat and electropolished to remove burrs. Add $1.50 per length to the prices below for the cutting and polishing process.

ULTRA-ALLOY DEACTIVATED TUBING As an alternative to the tubing listed above, the tubing used to produce the line of Ultra-Alloy capillary columns is also available for guard columns and transfer lines.

POLYIMIDE SEALING RESIN Permanently seal capillary columns to the Cap-Link Connectors. The Sealing Resin eliminates loss of the seal and resulting leaks. Also useful as a high temperature glue. Can be used in continuous temperature applications of up to 420șC.
