BONDED PHASE AND COLUMN INFORMATION

We offer a complete polarity range of bonded stationary phases commonly used in capillary GC today. These include several specialty phases for environmental, high temperature, and gas analyses. Each phase is synthesized and cleaned in-house to insure column to column reproducibility. All Quadrex phases, including the most polar 007-23 phase, are bonded to the silica substrate and cross-linked. A stringent QA / QC program governs the production of all in-house phases which results in accurate selectivity, reproducibility, and outstanding thermal stability.

A proprietary new technology which we call Polymer Height Augmentation Technology (PHATTM) allows us to produce non-polar capillary columns with the widest range of film thicknesses (0.05 to 18.0 microns) available. Our ability to coat stationary phases in such a range of films gives you the flexibility to tailor your capillary column to meet your specific needs. Refer to 007-1 (dimethylpolysiloxane) and 007-5 (5% phenyl methylpolysiloxane) phase information below for exact film thickness availability.

Every Quadrex fused silica capillary column is pre-conditioned, QC tested, and shipped with a clear and easy to read Capillary Column Test Data Sheet. This gives you all of the pertinent information regarding the columns' configuration, test operating conditions, and maximum programmed and isothermal operating temperatures. Column efficiency, activity and film thickness are easily evaluated using an appropriately designed test mixture. We maintain a computer data base of all column data in order to assure you of column-to-column reproducibility.

We have now added our complete fused silica and Ultra-ALLOY stainless steel column price lists. The lists are sorted by I.D. then column length. You can CLICK HERE to go directly to column pricing, or can link to the pricing pages on the individual column information pages.

The columns listed are those that are commonly requested by our customers. If you do not see the column configuration you require, CONTACT US, we will be happy to quote.
